We invite you to join us on November 13th, 2008 - 7-9pm, at Flourish Studios in Lakeview, to celebrate our upcoming production. Le Cordon Bleu graduate, chef Will Burgess, will provide a sampling of Middle Eastern cuisine for our guests, as well as a short presentation about the food and its cultural significance. Company members will be on hand to talk about Theatre Mir and our upcoming production. Also, you will have a chance to win the grand prize in our benefit raffle: Chef Brendan Kelly of Amuse Foodswill prepare a three-course meal for six guests in your own home or another location within one hour of Chicago!

The $10 admission includes wine, chef Burgess' creations, and one chance to win a prize in our raffle. Our company is very excited to be producing the Midwest premier of The Arab-Israeli Cookbook, which we are presenting in collaboration with the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs. We hope you will take this opportunity to learn more about the show and Theatre Mir. See you there!

* Flourish Studios is located at 3020 North Lincoln Avenue in Chicago. Flourish Studios also features a retail space where beauty and wellness products are sold. We invite you to browse their store during our event, and if you make a purchase, 10% will be donated to Theatre Mir.

* Grand prize in our raffle is a three-course dinner party for six people prepared in the winner's home. Date is subject to chef and staff availability. Winner has until May 10, 2009 to redeem this prize. Winner will provide kitchen, serving dishes, plates, flatware and beverages.
